Rotodyne Asselbergs acquires the industrial fans division of SiccaDania/VTK

Rotodyne Asselbergs will take over the production and development activities for industrial fans from SiccaDania, formerly VTK in Beverwijk. With this acquisition, Rotodyne further expands its product range within the design and production of industrial fans and adds the decades of experience of the former VTK.
This transaction represents the next step in Rotodyne Asselbergs’ growth strategy. Following the acquisition of Asselbergs in 2012 and Kiekens Ventilatoren in 2020, this expansion also contributes to further continuity, customer diversification, and strengthening of the market position. The transfer creates a clear positioning for both companies, supporting sustainable growth.
